- Cash Reserves: Available to cover RFG and third-party closing costs, plus the first 6 months of interest payments
- Bankruptcy: No bankruptcy proceedings within the prior three years
- Residency: Legal residency in the United States
- Location: Your primary residence is within 60 miles of the collateral property
- Payment History: Positive history of making mortgage payments
